Louise Mann, Waste Reduction Resources, has been a recycling educator and activist for over thirty years. She is now focused on the effort to prevent single stream recycling in Fayetteville from replacing the city’s curb-sort recycling program. In this short video Mann summarizes the development of this dilemma for citizens, haulers and the city that will be decided in February 2017.
